The Business

5S Now was founded by Magnus Olders, who brings a background in equipment and facility maintenance, field engineering, and Lean Six Sigma. After seeing firsthand how disorganization slows teams down, Magnus dedicated years to mastering 5S and Lean maintenance principles. His implementations have cut repair times, improved tool tracking, and helped teams take control of their workspace.

Leading sales and marketing is Laura Uhitil, a business operations expert with a background in psychology and years of management experience. She specializes in helping teams embrace change so that improvements stick.

Together, we work directly with maintenance teams through on-site audits, hands-on training, and long-term support. Our structured approach ensures that changes don’t just look good on paper - they actually make a lasting impact.
